A message from our head baker Hannalee...

About 4 years ago I started to suffer from severe migraines. I found out my worst triggers were artifical food coloring and xhantham gum ...

I had always thought that I cooked and baked "clean" food, but after finding these triggers, I realized that sneaky chemicals and food coloring make their way into a lot of our food ...  

This led to a dramatic change in my baking and cooking. It forced me to learn how to bake without any artificial stabilizers or food coloring ...

I had many failed attempts...

We don't pretend to be doctors or preach to you about the downside of GMOs. We just want to make delicious food from the purest raw ingredients we can find. We want to have transparency in all of our recipes and ingredients, so you know what you're putting in your body.

These are the standards we strive toward 

Milling

We will be milling fresh flour everyday and using a variety of whole grain flours in our pastries and breads.
