Our Mill
Our mill was hand-crafted in Vermont by the incredible New American Stone Mills. Our mill is made with a 40-inch granite stone and will allow us to mill fresh flour every day.
We use the freshly milled flour within a few hours of milling. This allows us to showcase the incredible flavor of the fresh wheat. It also allows us to capture the highest amount of nutrients in the wheat.
